The Iced Tea is Lipton with Lemon added. I wanna add some honey into it and take it to school. The tea will be around 70 degrees (room temp. at my house). Will it have the same effects as hot tea with honey and lemon?
I think it just depends on the type of person you are. If I have a sore throat, I usually suck on cough drops and drink a lot of cool water to sooth the burning pain. I don't think I would want to drink warm anything with a sore throat. Other people may beg to differ. It all comes down to which Home remedy you prefer. Try it out. If the room Temperature tea doesn't work, find a microwave at school and make some hot tea, or take hot tea to school in a thermos.
