I drink plenty of milk, exersize, eat well and have not hit my finger anywhere in the past few years. I have had these for the past 5-6 years and i can't lose them( I've had them since I was 5-6 and now i'm 12). I have tried all the myths but I just can't lose them! Please help.
It usually means that you are deficient in some type of nutrient/vitamin.....If you are not taking one already, you should try to take a multivitamin everyday...then in a few months your white spots should go away. (It takes a while for your body to react overall when nutrients that are needed are replenished in your body. Especially when it comes to hair and nails).
