Interesting question. I have heard and seen in the news media only black africans have reported cases of HIV/AIDS. The picture is that they are wild sexual creatures, while everyone else are perfect angels.
Either more balanced reporting needs to be underway, or one needs to question why only Black Africans have been infected with AIDS.
