white spots on penis?

Hello,
This is not really new.
Months before, I have masturbated and realized I had some flaky Skin under the head, and a little on the head, and decided to peel it off a bit. There was no pain at all, no redness, etc. Just same colored skin with dry-peeling skin.

Just days After I noticed these cream-whitish (simply lighter skin, not exactly yellow-ish. Not to mention my Penis is a bit darker than the rest of my body) random blotches/spots under my head and on it at the bottom, faded.

I don't really know what to do, and it seems noticable.
It is not raised at all, no bumps, no puss, etc.
Just seems alot brighter.
Is there any way to cure this, concerning home remedies to darken it or whatnot?
Would be greatly appreciated!

Also, I have thought of going to the local tanning salon and somehow cover the dark spots and expose the bright spots to darken it, melanin helps. But what I am wondering is, how?
Besides consulting a doc for it, u can expose the area to direct sun light in early hours of the day to get uv rays darken the area. But it hardly matters as to what patchy colors r there in this part of the body. This patch is, however, indicative of leucoderma which may spread to the other parts of the body in the near future.
