White spots on my arms?

i have whit spot allove my arm since 2 summers ago. People think that its from my bad Sunburn i had 2 years ago and the Skin is still trying to develop. But i would think my skin would be bac to normal after 2 1/2 years now. .. dont you think so too?

Another bad thing too is thats im scared to were shirts that so my arms in public. i always were a sweater and i get hot alot during school but i wont take my sweater offf cause of my arms. what do u advise my to do.
You may have keratosis pilaris. It's a hereditary condition without a cure. I have it on the back of my upper arms and on my upper legs. The treatment I find most helpful is to exfoliate (use a Buf Puff or Loofah) and then moisturize with a good thick lotion. This will make it better, but it won't go away completely. If you really think that it's the result of sunburn, have your Doctor look at it. Sun damage to your skin can be very serious. Just a suggestion, but you should reconsider the sweater altogether. A lot of people have this condition and it's not worth making yourself uncomfortable during school. If you absolutely want it covered at all times, try a light cotton long sleeve shirt so that you can at least be comfortable while in school.
