White spots?

I just looked in the mirror this morning and noticed that I have a white spot on each of my front teeth. My teeth are already white, not like the people on commercials kinda teeth, just a duller white, but these spots are whiter than the rest of my teeth. What are these and what caused them? I have no clue how they got there. I have never noticed them before. >

I have been sick lately and have to breath through my mouth. So I believe that explains it.

If you'll notice alot of kids have those when they first get their permanent teeth.
