Hi could anyone help what would you recommend to relive a bloated stomach and bowls, preferabbly not a medication remedy -maybe something that you would have in the kitchen cupboard perhaps. Thanks
I love fruit, so I don't suffer much with that awful feeling. the best ones I find and usually get me going pretty regularly are oranges and tangerines, but I should imagine any fruit would do the trick. try fresh squeezed oranges, grapefruit or cranberry juice, failing that I find Andrews works quite well. for bad stomach I once had a try of bandy and port, it was lovely, I cant remember if it cured me or I was just so merry that I forgot I was feeling bloated!
