I have low back pain problem, I am looking for some exercises in which I can strengthen my hip and leg muscles as well as my belly's muscle, which types of exercises are best for me, so not to increase my lower back pain?
leg lifts, lay on back prone,, lift legs together 6-10 inches,, the spread legs and bring back together and back down,
also, laying flat on your back,, take your right leg and swing it over to the left side and do the same for other leg to opposite side, keep arms out like you are on a cross,
