FYI for all u ppl teasing me about not eating, that wasnt the only thing I ate today look I keep a journal of what I eat I just want to know how much it is for today. Get it. Now look, if you want to critisize ppl for going on a diet then you need to stay off this bored, i dont starve myself. I'm italian but I am also a dancer and I just wanna loose like 10 pounds or so, SO GET OFF MY BACK AND OFF MY QUESTION IF YOUR NOT GOING TO ANSWER IT.
90 cal in the egg roll, so like 45 in half and I'd say maybe 25-30 in the sweet in sour sauce. (you can't quote me on that though.)
