Stretch mark removal?

Hi there, ive got stretch marks on my stomach and on my shoulders due to weight loss. Im now confident enough to show off my body weight wise but my stretch marks are quite red but stop me from being confident about showing myself off. Is there anything i can do? Ive tried applying some of that palmers cocoa lotion once a day occasionly, but due to not seeing results i gave up. Please help me. Is there actually a cure for these?
Cocoa butter may fade them slightly, but it will not get rid of them. These techniques are expensive and are not usually recommended for people in their teen years because they are not finished growing and their stretch marks will probably diminish over time anyway.
