especially as some of the conditions, diseases and problems sound really serious.

Your totally right i wonder the same thing. but no one misses their health till its gone, everyone thinks ah its nothing serious or try denying it. i think some people just do this for reassurance or to be told no that's normal. i don't know i cant work out some people no offense to them but that's what i feel I'm answering the whole time "go to the doctor"
