my stomach produces too much acid and sometimes, when I burp, it comes up a little, but its usually doesnt reach my mouth before I get it back down.
I have always had sleeping problems(Insomnia). The past 2 years have been worse. About 5 or 6 days ago, I started waking up, feeling like crap, to the point to where I was saying to myself "life's not worth it, just kill urself and end the pain." of course, I wasnt serious, but u know what i mean. I would wake up with HUGE headaches, HUGE stomach aches, my throat hurts when i swallow, and all my muscles felt like i was working out in my sleep. After about 2 hours of laying there, not bein able to go to sleep, the pain would subside... with the help of more tylenol than recommended. Then, as the day went on, the problems slowly came back, I would go to sleep, and repeat this cycle. For the past 3 days, when i wake up, within 4 hours of waking up, I would get super sleepy again and its a downhill battle. Whats up with me? Its ruining my life
You need to see a doctor. You also need to watch what you eat. Your diet is one of the most direct causes of stomach acid production. Eat lots of healthy food - avoid anything acidic.
Try sleeping on your back too with your pillow slightly up. Don't eat anything at least 4 hours before sleep. Avoid caffeine and drink lots of water.
Try progressive relaxation before you sleep or mediation to help relax your muscles.
