Purple Mark On My Upper Lip?

So today i went to the bathroom. After I got done to wash my hands, in the mirror I noticed that i had a sort of purple mark on my upper lip. It looked kinda like a second mustache. So then i tried to see if it would wash off and it didn't. So i'm kinda wondering what this is so if anyone has ever had this happen to them or any professionals know what this is then please tell me cause I'm kinda freaked out.
It sounds like a blood blister, you may have without knowing it, bit your lip. It should go away after a few days. Don't finger or put your teeth on it, make it worse.
