This is embarrassing, but whatever, ya'll don't know me. There are spots of skin on and around my penis which are very white, as if there is no-color at all in these areas. And the pubic hair that lies on some of these spots is also completely white, instead of the normal color. What is this called, and how/why did it happen? Is there anything I can do about it, and should I be concerned? I have had this for as long as I can remember, but I don't think I have always had it.
