Hey, I have Fibromyalgia, and IBS is one of the symptoms. About a year ago I started changing the way I live. This is some of the changes that I made. 1.Started using really good nutritional supplements. 2. Added a good fiber to my daily routine. 3. Cut out processed and fryed foods. 4. Eat more fruits and veg. everyday. 5. Changed from toxic chemical home cleaners to green. 6. Changed from toxic chemical beauty and personal products to safer ones. 7. Started walking 4 to 5 days a week. 8. Lost 40 pounds in this last year. A little of what I found out, after many months of research, was that not all nutritional supplements are made equal.
