For the last month and a half I have had back pain (upper and lower and a little in the neck), numbness in my arms and sometimes my legs and a grumbling stomach as well as dizzyness. I have had multiple tests on my heart including ct scans and an mri done on my neck and lower spine which all came back fine. I also have normal blood pressure and cholestorol and no diabetes. What, other than my heart, could this possibly be. My whole body feels really heavy as well. It sounds like you may have lupus or fibromyalgia....
