I have white clumps attached to my tonsils, and every once and a while I cough them up. What can I do to get rid of them? Are they causing my bad breathe as well? The only way to get rid of the white clumps (infection) is to get your tonsils removed. The doctor may try antibiotics, but if it is chronic, they will recommend getting them removed.
