I had to give up running two years ago due to plantar fasciitis. Since then I have continued to bike, swim, and (occasionally) lift weights, and walk (as permitted by the fasciitis). However I feel less fit and I notice that I am spending more sedentary time. Any suggestions that don't involve spending money (my debt load is already quite sufficient)?
