Painful cramps, bloated stomach, and pain when I go to the washroom???

Yesterday I had the worst cramps in my uterus. It even hurt to poke it lighly. I also had trouble going to the washroom (when I did #1 and #2) and felt like throwing up. My stomach was bloated and still is today. Although the cramps aren't as bad as they where yesterday I still have a small pain when going to the washroom. I did some research and found out that I could be lactose intolerent? I did have milk yesterday and today so it would make sense. Please tell me what I can do to get rid of my bloated stomach (which IS bloated because ussually its flat) and somebody please tell me what is wrong with me ?
