my neck/shoulders hurt and i have headaches?

ive had this for about a few months. i went to A chiropractor twice, she realligned my neck but it came back. the problem Is my neck always feels stiff So i have to urge to crack it so it gets worse. is there a way i can stop moving my neck because it is so addicting. >

do you know how long i would have to wear a neck brace? does it have to be those big ones i see in movies or do they have like a barely noticeable or small one now in the year 2006?
Chiropractic work is probably the best idea however, look for one that specializes in Cranial work as well. Makes a huge difference. It worked for me and still does. I have stopped cracking mine since I started seeing someone that knows how cranial work makes the best Solution for Neck Pain and my headaches.
