After awhile when I skateboard, my ankle starts aching real bad (mainly my left ankle). This hasn't happened before, in fact it started happening when I practice kickflips.
Am I flicking too hard or something?
Oh, I know for a fact that I'm not getting old because I'm only 14.
Your ankle isn't used to it yet, that's why. Ice it after you skate for at least 20 min. You should be okay after a couple of days doing this.
I remember when I first learned that trick. Congrats on landing your kickflips!
