I would like some Tips from somebody Who has done a low carb diet. What did you eat, how many carbs a day did you have, how much weight, how long take, anything like this. I dont want to hear thats its bad for you.
when i was on my low carb diet i had just Protein sources like eggs, protein powder, bacon, cheese, nuts... some vegetables..
i lost weight quick within 2 - 3 weeks.. like 10 - 15lbs.. but i was misery! not the way to go.. your Brain need some Glucose to function properly
Try eating carbs in smaller portions and just cut out the bad carbs, .. no carb diets are Terrible on the long run.. and are hell on earth when u are doing them.. trust me on this one...
just exercise more..... when u do things right, and when u can still eat most of the foods u want.. life is so much better!
