2 days ago I had the flu, or So i was told form the doc in the hospital. It started at six pm and lasted until about 3 in the morning. I was vomiting and had Diarrhea (which was red) and was very dehydrated (from that time span I probably puked and had the poops about 15 times). Now two days later the vomiting and diarrhea have stopped but my Urine seems to be orange. It does not hurt for me to go to the washroom, but I do have some discomfort in the area where my kidneys would be in my chest. Its not anything unbearable but I am getting quite worried. Any ideas of what it might be? If anyone has Any idea of what this might be your help is greatly appreciated.
Your kidneys are not located in your chest area. They are located in in your abdomen. If you had symptoms of kidney discomfort, you would feel it in your lower back.

The orange urine is a sign of dehydration. You need to go to the store and purchase "Naked Juice" as well as plain filtered water (About 8 to 10 glasses of water in a day).
When you begin eating again. Here are the dos and dont's from a violent flu recovery.
No fried foods, greasy fatty foods, dairy etc. or you may throw up again.
Yes to home made soups, like lentil, chicken, potato and leak, and the like.
Introduce raw salads about a couple of weeks later when you've built your enzymes and natural flora back into the gut.
I take a supplement before going to bed at night to prevent the flu and to keep my gut balanced. It has fatty acids, enzymes, natural fibers to gently remove any old feces along the walls of the intestines and keeps viruses from taking hold along the walls of my gut.
It is called Manna Cleanse.
Look it up here and read about the ingredients.
