OK, I met this girl from the same town. Who at the time recommended me to go work at this assisted living facility her friend ran. OK, so my friend was going to work at a different facility. But it turned out that, she ( my friend) went to the assisted living place, and got the job she refferred me to. I have certificates. I have 11 years of experience. She had nothing. but, 1 month experience. No degrees, no certificates NOTHING! I now work around HER schedule. as if she were higher up in the chain of command. Its kind of makin me mad. Am I wrong to feel this way?
