is this a pulled muscle?

i was working out yesterday and the day before and everthing was fine.. i was just a bit tired and sore.. but last night and this morning my arm started to hurt... A LOT.. now cant straighten my arm or bend it completely.. i leave it at a 90 degree angle where it doesnt hurt.. my fore arm is fine, my biceps are killing me.. it hurts a little when i touch it.. and its not swollen... is it pulled? what is the best way to treat it?
Probably a pulled muscle. It could even be a separated muscle, which hurts really bad! It would be a good idea to see your Doctor and see if He can do something. I once separated a back muscle and had to have surgery to repair it. Weight training is great, but you can sure damage muscles if you get too extreme.
