is he going to have a stroke?

my cousin has been staying with us for a few weeks and lately she has been acting weird, i noticed a few times she has stumbled or staggered and i jokingly asked if she had too much to drink of course she replied she didn't because she doesn't drink or smoke but she did say that she felt like she just couldn't balance for a few seconds. she also been asking me whether or not i've been smoking in the house or been near anyone that has been smoking, i said no, she said that she detects a slight smoky scent, i couldn't smelled it and i have A really good sense of smell. is there something wrong with her, could this be signs of an upcoming stroke?
i dont know if thats Stroke symptoms, but it could be any number of neurological diseases....get her to see a Doctor asap...
