I think i pulled muscle?

i yawned and stretched at the same time now i have pain from my neck all the way down my back..what is it?
It will be fine. Try this if it doesn't go away on it's own

Fill a gym sock up with rice (the cheap cooking type)
Tie off the end
Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds
Check to make sure it's not too hot
Apply to your neck.

Don't throw it away. As long as the rice stays dry it will last for months.
