What is wrong with me I am already on anti depressants and work out daily Does anyone Else sleep 12 hours. How can re-adjust my daily sleep schedule. I just can't sleep without sleeping pills
I am similar. I am also on antidepressants and am in school. The only advice I can give you is to make yourself wake up after getting 8 hours of sleep (trust me, I know its hard), but once you start doing it, you will actually find you are more energized during the day. Not only that, but it will make it easier to go to bed at a decent time, and your whole sleep schedule will change. From personal experience, I have found that once the 8 hours of sleep has passed, I can sleep much longer than most people do. Your body works best on 8 hrs of sleep, and any more will actually make you more drowsy during the day
