i need some testicular help!!?

i dont know how to say this but one of my balls is kinda like cracked... more like the part were it conects to my sack i can kinda feel it and stuff it doesnt feel like my other ball is there a Doctor out there that can help me somehow?? ive tried looking it up online but im not sure i think its some called "vericles" or something like that can someone help me? im really worried man. are they gonna cut off one of my balls or something?? >

Since the area is so sensitive, a lot of things can happen to it, especially to the Skin around your testicles. There are also many cases where you might feel something in that area, or possibly inside your testicle. For the most part, any lump you might find in your testicles isn't going to be cancerous, so don't get too freaked out. However, you should *definitely* still see your doctor (you can see your primary care Physician for this; if he sees something, He can send you to whatever specialist he deems appropriate).
