I have Phimosis?

I have alot of extra Skin in he tip of my penis, which I heard is called Phimosis. heard it's curable, by doing the streching method, but it's not working for me, and the worst thing is there so much skin that when I do any sexual activity, and strecth the forskni back, the skin Cuts and starts bleeding, I also have a schab on the top of the forskin, it's very ugly, I also cant fully have an erection because it's so much skin. so what can I do to cure this, Will I be able to have kids, is there any risk of desease, pleases help me, I've had this problem all my life!

Alright- I come from a very conservative background. I really didnt know anything about Phimosis until i was about 21. Before i turned 21, I had never seen the head- to me the head was an internal organ. To me, a Penis was a long shaft with nothing that could be pulled back. The foreskin used to cover the entire length of my penis- and tapered pretty tight over the head. After getting educated about it all- i managed to pull the foreskin back one fine day and that led to a medical emergency called para-phimosis- the foreskin was stuck tight behind the head- constricting blood-flow to the head. After 2 days I got that operated and the foreskin was pulled back on top.

After 6 months of using ointments to try and loosen the foreskin over the head- the Doctor suggested getting a circ. I researched a lot online and got operated within a week. The procedure took less than 30mins and was done using local anasthesia. (they dont knock you out completely- just numb your genital area). The following month was a little difficult- with minimal physical activity for a week after the procedure.

The head was very sensitive to touch and it remained like that for about a month. Once the sensitivity subsided- i couldn't have been happier.. I was now circ'd tight and also enjoyed about half an inch of extra length (the foreskin used to hold the shaft back earlier). Its been 5 yrs since I got the procedure done, and i am very happy with the decision that I made.

I have discussed this issue with 2 other guys i know who had the same problem and they too elected to get a circumcision. Trust me, it'll make it a lot better for you- you will NO LONGER worry about how to do it right again.
