I was just wondering what i can and can't eat.
Bloating/gas symptoms can be caused by food allergies or if one has 'Disbiosis', a condition of the digestion system sometimes caused or brought on by taking antibiotics for some prior reason, infection, for instance.
Antibiotics kill the bad and the good biotics in the system. Since the good biotics help digest food, they need to be replaced with 'Pro-Biotics'. You can get some from a reliable Vitamin supplier.
There are foods that supply such help. Yogurt that stipulates it contains live cultures - plain - like Dannon; Sauerkraut, and other such things.
Try keeping track of what particular foods cause the worse bloating. Such as Beans, Pasta, Alcoholic drinks, etc. If it's a food, you might try taking a digestive enzyme formula, also available from a reliable Vitamin House.
Some people have to stop eating certain classes of foods. A gluten intolerance, for instance, would mean you can't eat anything with gluten containing grains, like wheat, rye, etc. That's a whole class of foods. Prepared foods have a lot of added ingredients in them (check the labels). They could have something added that triggers your bloating. Try cooking your food 'from scratch'...that is, from all natural foods, not pre-packaged items.
Sometimes constipation causes such bloating. The longer food takes to get through the digestive track, the more flatulance/gas is produced. If that should be the case with you, you might consider adding some fiber. A soluble fiber (found in apples and 'Citrucel') would produce less gas than an insoluble fible (like wheat bran). Also, you may not be drinking enough water.

Keep a food diary to know which foods cause the most bloating. Try digestive enzymes when you eat 'suspected' foods...like wheat.
Correct constipation with daily fiber and at least 8 glasses of plain water - sodas, coffee or tea, etc. do not count as water.
