Mine is completely torn off and I can still walk .Stairs give me pain ,the problem is it can go out at any time ,turning fast or walking on uneven ground even when it is icy. they did a MRI and then scoped my knee some day I hope to have it repaired[ Work accident] 4 years latter I am still wearing a brace and taking muscle relaxants So please See a DR.
I am in my 50s thats why they[workmans compensation board] don't want to spend the time or money on fixing it.
