Is there any way? I have white spots on my teeth because i use to be really bad about brushing. But now i brush all the time and was wondering if their was a way to get rid of white spots? I still have braces on but should be getting them off soon
It sounds like you have decalcification. To re-calcify teeth you need to be using fluoride daily. You can ask your orthodontist for a prescription for fluoride gel (Prevident). Daily use of fluoride should help with the white spots. Good luck.
