my brother wants to buy some from me until he gets his refill so I usually have quite a few I don't abuse them and he has panic attacks so I am not a drug dealer he want's to pay for them so????????
How about if you lend him a few until his RX is filled and then he pays you back by returning the same amount? I suspect he might be taking more than his doctor is recommending, which is probably why he has run out before his RX can be filled. If that is the case, I'd recommend not enabling his drug abuse but have him talk to his doctor. (This is probably not the answer you want.)
