I rolled it earlier today and I don't think it's too serious because i started walking fine 5 minutes After I rolled it. I just can't bend it the way i rolled it.
You sprained your ankle. The principles of treatment are compression (use an ace bandage, to help prevent Swelling), elevation (same reason), local applcation of Cold during the first 24 hours (same reason), non-weight bearing (to prevent further injury), and after 24 hours, warm compresses (the swelling that will occur having already occurred, to improve Blood flow to the injured area and accelerate the removal of the inflammatory products of the injury. In severe sprains, where there is partial or complete avulsion (tearing away) of a ligament from a bone, it may be necessary to apply a cast while healing occurs. Your sprain sounds mild, so you likely will not need x-rays or a cast, and it will likely heal completely so that your ankle will be as good as it was before.
