How long does it take for a twisted ankle to heal?

I fell down and twisted my ankle yesterday. I've never twisted, sprained or broken anything, So i dont know how long it will take to heal.
It depends on how badly you twisted it but it will probably take a few weeks. Remember to use the RICE method.
R = rest
I = ice (15 min on 15-30 min off)
C = compression (wrap it)
E = elevate it (raise it on a pillow above your Heart to keep Swelling down.

Ankles are tricky, if you don't let them heal properly they will become weak and easy to injure in the future.
