How do i know if i have torn or just pulled a muscle?

Played football last night and pulled up with A really sharp pain in the top front of my thigh.
It will be hard to decide youself. If you are really that confused then see a doctor! That's why we have them! ;)

But if you have pulled them, then they will feel bruised ! To stop this pain, you will have to keep it warm. Get a hot water bottle and keep it over the thigh. If the pain goes away in about 5-10 minutes then it is pulled.
The pain may go and then come back, just put the hot water bottle back on.
Don't leave on for more than a 10 mintue period, this is not good for the body.

(Works everytime for me!)

AND if none of this has helped then you most likely could have torn your muscle.

So as i was saying go to the doctor.
