How come I'm feeling so weird in the mornings lately.?

I normally work 3-11 pms 6 days a week, I will come home do laundry, cook some food and head off to bed around 2 or 3 am. I was sleeping untill about 2 that afternoon. But I was missing out on alot So i started to wake up the first time i did instead of just dosing off to sleep. The past few weeks. I keep having minor panic attacks during the night and morning is just nashus feelings followed by diariah. When i get up I feel drained and not refreshed. I find this hard to deal with since I plan on going out west of Canada after christmas to work. But I'm not going to be able to go to work Feeling like this.
Simply try to get more sleep! It's vital to your health and overall well being! I know you may miss some time in the morning, but you are more likely to suffer from the effects of stress and illness when you are not getting adequate sleep. This could be contributing to the panic attacks.

If you are somehow getting 8 hours of sleep in regularly and are still feeling unrefreshed and drained when you awake, it is time to see a doctor.
