Hey there, so lately I've been Feeling down in the dumps, I suppose it's just hormones, but tomorrow is the one year anniversary of my daddy's death, he was killed in a car crash, so it's hard. So I'm thinking that is contributing to this weird feeling i have been feeling lately, it's like I feel worthless, like I'm not good for anything, I'm struggling with my weight right now, i'm not like really over weight, but i'm not the perfect stick either or anything. so that might be it, and i've just been not myself, Any ideas on how to make myself feel better? it's been going on for about a week now, i've been diagnoised with depression, so that is probably settling in, i don't take anything for it, just any advice to make me feel better?
