Heart burn like symptoms, dizzyness, blurry vision that comes and goes?

For the last month and a half I have had Back pain (upper and lower and a little in the neck), numbness in my arms and sometimes my legs and a grumbling Stomach as well as dizzyness. I have had multiple tests on my Heart including ct scans and an mri done on my neck and lower spine which all came back fine. I also have normal Blood pressure and cholestorol and no diabetes. What, other than my heart, could this possibly be. My whole body feels really heavy as well.
