im sorry for asking such a lame and stupid question but sometimes it can be between 2 or 3 and possibly more days sometimes that i "pass motion" (excrete, poo) and for me i was only aware that was normal. shallow i understand being 18 but how am i to know any different when ive been doing the same thing for as long as i remember.
am i unwell? what can be the prob? maybe bad diet i dunno. im 18 about 5"10 weigh 10 stone 4 (sorry for americans and others who dont use this metric weight measurement but i dunno how to convert).
it was only until Recently I thought about it after different things people have said, im slightly confused So i am asking for any advise that people can give from previous knowledge/experience i dunno! anything!
I'm not sure how your health is otherwise, but generally, yes you should pass stool at least once per day. Healthiest is if you poo after every meal, then you know you have a great working system. I too, used to only go every couple of days, and even now, if I am on vacation or some other house, i have trouble crapping in other peoples' toilets.
i have since begun taking Laxatives with me on vacation because i know otherwise it is difficult for me, then they get hard, i gt cramps, and when i finally get back home and go, the stool is hard, dry, painful, and causes rectal bleeding. so I try now to prevent it.
when I started eating this "no hunger bread", I started passing stool with EVERY meal - we're talking 3-4 times a day.
I think you may need more fiber.
Listen - when stool remains in your colon, your colon ingests part of it back up - think about this - they give Medicine by suppositories for RAPID ingestion of the meds (like when they cannot use an IV). By rectum is the FASTEST onset on medicine's effects. So when your stool is in your intestines/colon for extended period of time, you are reabsorbing some of the feces. So, no, it is not good for you to not go but every 3 days. You should change diet to get more regular, or you can email me and I can send you recipe for no hunger bread (i used it to lose weight initially but the health benefits are great!). Or you can search for no hunger bread or the "hunza diet bread" - it's from kevin trudeau's book - I forget the title - health secrets they don't want you to know about....
sorry for all the typo's i hate laptop keyboards!
