I have been diagnosed with a pulled muscle almost 2 weeks ago by an ER doctor. I have never experienced such pain. What did you do for it? I have tried both heat and cold. How long will this last? Any suggestions?
I got some Valium so that the muscles would loosen up and I could get some sleep and let my body heal. I don't know why your doctor didn't prescribe you something like that. Just be careful if you take Medicine of that type because it really effects your judgment and decision making. It's like a subtle form of alcohol so you really need to be cautious and don't drive or make important decisions when you are under the influence.
