All teas are very good for you - but green tea has got to be the best! Scientists (idk tea scientists lol) and doctors are amazed by this special tea! It is good for pretty much everything health, skin, and beauty! Green tea really good for stress (depression), heart, viruses, eyes, brain, kidneys, you name it and it is good for it! (lol)
But as I said all teas are good for you, it's just the flavor that bugs me. We buy this brand called YogiTea. They have so many different flavors (in green tea too) and they're all very good for you! My favorite in the Green Tea Mint Garden. It tastes so refreshing and minty (there are other flavors too). Another tea I like is called Coco Spice (same brand), and it's tea (I 4got if it's green tea or not - either way tho it is good for you) with a hint of chocolate taste - but without chocolate!
Any tea with raspberry leaf is also great for you as well! It's good for probally all of the stuff I mentioned above, and is especially good for girls. It has a natural way of curing cramps, discomforts of any kind, and aches. It's really like a healing tea that tastes pretty good!
Jasmine Green Tea is also good. It smells like Perfume (not the best tasting tea tho lol) and is extra powerful containing green tea and jasmine. I suggest added a little tiny bit of cream or milk - it's really strong!
p.s. after you let the tea bags soak in your tea, you can use it later as a spa treatment by putting it over your eyes just like you would cucumber slices, and relaxing for about fifteen to thirty minutes. Great for stressed, tired eyes, and dark circles and puffiness. ; )
