I had huge dinner yesterday of seafood and steak...
now my left feet hurts whenever i walk..
I don't think it's swollen though...
could this be symptoms of gout?
I have never experience anything like this before..

Is the big joint of your big toe all red and shiney looking? If it is it could be gout. Its very painful. Its caused by too much Uric Acid in your bloodstream.
