If yes to either are your active or passive - there is a greater risk of contracting HIV when you are passive.
Do you have Oral Sex? As there is a negligible risk from oral sex but no one can definitely discount this risk.
How many different sexual partners have you had? The more partners the greater the risk.
Do you know your partner's sexual history? You should.
Are you heterosexual?
Are you female? Being a recipient is more risky than being a giver.
Do you ever have unprotected anal sex? Well don't.
