I was considering taking diet tablets and was wondering do they work and are they safe? Could anyone recommend any?Thanks.
I would be careful with taking diet pills I tried to a couple times and I would just be careful. If you are going to take them I would NOT recomend TrimSpa. One of the warning labels says make sure to take with a ful 8 oz glass of water pill amy become lodged in throat and cause choking ( I am serious) and after 2 days of taking this pill I had Heart palpatations it felt like I was having a heart~attack. It literally scared me to Death. There are some others that are ok like "stackers" but may give you the jitters and hydroxy cut.
