I am trying to lose about 15 lbs I want to do it before the summer. I am not on a diet because my professor told me when u do diets its easier to gain the weight back n gain more then u orignally were. I do try to eat right but i dont all the time. I mean here and there i do get a lil ice cream or fries here n there. For the past 2 weeks I been going to jogging twice a week is that good enough?Last week my body was hurting me for about 3 days str8. Does that mean im burning fat? Im mainging trying to lose my thighs, my face is chubby So i would like to lose that as well, and of course i wanna get my stomach right, i dont need a pack but i dont want it sticking out either.
Every calorie counts! Being calorie aware helps you pick a nutritious and varied meal plan, and is a form of discipline.

Twice a week is not enough. 3/4 times will be needed to get your metablism up significantly. Run for 30-45 min a day. An hour is better.

Weight control is best accomplished with a lifestyle change. It
