No ,crash diets are crazy, and only work short term. I reccomend to eat naturally , and have read only the diet section in Ross Enamait's highly reccomended "Never Gymless" and a book called "Vegetarian Sports Nutrition" (me being lacto-ovo-vegetarian). Basically Ross says to eat all natural foods and organic if possible and do it sensibly, and the Veggie sports nutrition guide gives you all kinds of info on what veggies, greens,legumes,and such provide what specific nutrients and what Amino acid combos to create whole proteins.I've also skimmed through a friends book called "Body Builder Nutrition" and what i got from that is that bodybuilders "eat clean" thta is how they get so ripped and have so much muscle yet extremely low fat content. When you think of clean you think of weholesome natural foods do you not?Also they consume only quality Protein which Franco Columbo states as eggs ,and fish. I don't eat meat so eggs ,and Chickpeas/garbanzo beans (a good vegetarian source of protein) is good.Basically Vegetarian Sports Nutrition is a very good Nutrition book ,and Ross Enamait"s Manuals are always top notch.Crash diets are a joke and really its love that matters not physical looks. I would rather someone volunteer at a hospital with Children who have cancer or burn victims, or join the No one dies alone program and be with someone in their last moments when they have no one else. Also charity , helping people who have a genuine need. This is the lord's work. Give yourself to Jesus Christ and stop worrying about vanities.This will make you more beautiful in gods eye's ,and mine also. Peace and grace from our lord Jesus Christ and God our Heavenly Father.
