Is it a good book? Does it tell you the whole point system?
yes it is a good book and it does work but it's like all diets, If you don't stick to them none work. I have tried it and it works but usually go off at times, but if stick to it yuo can lose weight .
Best thing is you can eat everything, but the more wrong foods you eat the faster the points add up and before you know it your points are done for the day and have nothingleft for dinner, it is based mostly on fruits and vegies as most have either 1 point or 0 so if you can elimiate the goodies it will work.
