I took Niacin to help lower my triglycerides. The bottle said some flushing and some itching may occur. After a half an hour my face and body felt like it was a 1000 degrees for about ten minutes. An hour later I was itching uncontrollably for another ten minutes. Did this ever happen to Anybody else?
Yep...that's what the stuff does to you. A few of my friends took it to try and hurry up the detox from mary-j before they got tested for a sport hey played...you have to drink tons of water when you take it. Itching is definately a side effect. They also had some stinging when urinating...
